Intro to Pilates
Intro to Pilates series teaches you the fundamentals of Pilates posture, breathing and movement in order to strengthen the core and prevent injuries. Class includes a mix of mat work, reformer and apparatus. Classes are held at Soma Pilates in Downtown Redmond.

Mat Pilates
Come to class with a mat and be prepared to work! We focus on a progressive floor-based routine to strengthen the core, back, and arms for a full-body workout. Modifications are offered so that everyone can be successful in class. Classes are held at Redmond CC. Register at the links provided.

Bellydance Beginner & Intermediate
A less traditional workout that is low impact, fun, and challenges the body and brain! Bellydance for beginners is focused on moving to the beat and introducing basic movements and learning to dance with the music. The intermediate class is focused on choreography with an option to perform. Sign up below:

Group Training
A challenging but fun floor-based workout that uses light to medium weight to build muscular endurance. The first 15 minutes of class are focused on working the most important muscle in our body, our hearts! Class features both aerobic and anaerobic training to challenge our fitness levels.
